Integrated Circuits for Business

Getting the Most from T1s

Integrated circuits combine voice and data functionality on the same T1 circuit. The data component is usually Internet access, but can also include frame relay and private line functionality as well.

Voice services can include local service, long distance service, toll-free service, or private line connectivity. By combining voice and data on the same circuit, you can gain access to the low circuit-based usage rates and reliable T1-based Internet without requiring two distinct circuits. Our integrated circuits allocate bandwidth dynamically, within a single circuit, thereby further increasing efficiency. These IVAD services afford customers the ability to have up to 32 voice lines and 1.5 mbps of Internet access on the same T1 circuit, through the use of one Integrated Access Device (IAD).

Through dynamic allocation, our IVAD product allows customers the flexibility to use as many voice channels as they need at any given time. Any bandwidth not used at any particular time for voice needs is automatically available for Internet use.

Hardware requirements are minimal and we can easily furnish any equipment needed. Underlying providers include Verizon, Level3 and Qwest.
