Integrated Circuits (for Business)
Combining Voice and Data
Integrated circuits combine voice and data functionality on the same T1 circuit. The data component is usually Internet access, but can also include frame relay and private line functionality as well. Voice services can include local service, long distance service or toll-free service. By combining voice and data on the same circuit, you can gain access to the low circuit-based usage rates and reliable T1-based Internet without requiring two distinct circuits.
Some integrated circuits allocate bandwidth dynamically, within a single circuit, thereby further increasing efficiency. These IVAD (Integrated Voice And Data) services afford customers the ability to choose the optimal mix of voice lines and data bandwidth necessary. Using dynamic allocation, our IVAD product gives customers the flexibility to use as many voice channels as they need at any given time. At the same time, any bandwidth not used at any particular moment for voice needs is automatically available for Internet use.
With line-side and trunk-side service options available, our IVAD/Integrated T1 product can be configured in a variety of formats depending on customer requirements. Its ability to mix analog and digital services, be it T1, PRI, trunk or POTS lines, makes the IVAD circuit a valuable option for all business communications. Flexible and scalable, this service grows with your company allowing additional lines or bandwidth to be added as you adjust to your ever changing network needs. Supported with a single point of contact and delivered on a single invoice, let us converge your voice and data services on the same circuit. As your OneSource for service and CPE solutions, we'll and save you time, money and aggravation.
