TECHNICAL SUPPORT REP.
NBS is currently seeking an experienced Telephony Voice and Data Technical Support Rep. This position is responsible to answer trouble reports from end users, troubleshooting, opening tickets to responsible underlying carriers, work with customers and/or vendors to isolate trouble, and to resolve issues in an expedited manner. During this process all orders should be updated via internal systems as well as updating customers/vendors of current status. Services include but are not limited to POTS, VF data, Local PRI, LD T-1’s, Pt. to Pt. T-1, DS3’s, Internet, VOIP, dedicated and switched Toll free, ISDN and DSL circuits. Provide excellent customer service at all times to both internal and external customers. This is not an IT help desk position. Requirements: At least 1 year in a land-line Telephony company preferred but not required. Understanding of SIP a plus. Rotating After Hours Support is mandatory after training has been completed. No relocation or sponsorships available at this time.
PROVISIONER
NBS is currently seeking an experienced Telephony Voice and Data Provisioner. Provision telecom services ranging from DS-1/DS-3 voice and data circuits to OC48/s, ISDN PRI's, DSL, VoIP, dedicated toll-free and POTS lines and leased-line LEC circuits. Responsibilities will include managing the order process which encompasses order tracking, validating technical specs, documenting and processing end-of-month billing, including change orders and pro-rated charges. Place orders via multiple systems and coordinate delivery & turn up of new services with carriers and vendors; track delivery milestone dates; manage, analyze, and resolve complex order issues. Coordinate with LECs/CLECs to obtain CFA, DLR, and FOC for orders as required. Individual will be required to partner with customers and various internal/external organizations to ensure deliverables are met. Requires exceptional project management ability, world class communication, technical writing ability, and facilitation and follow-up skills. Requirements: (Preferred but not mandatory) 3+ years experience with telecommunication, Active Service Request (ASR), LEC/CLEC, Ordering/provisioning system, DS0 to OC48. No relocation or sponsorships available at this time.
CUSTOMER SERVICE
NBS is currently seeking Customer Service Representatives to answer general customer inquiries, billing questions and all related issues. Candidate must be able to communicate with outside dealers as well as the company's operational department. The representative will also maintain a solid customer relationship by handling their questions and concerns with accuracy. Requirements: 1 year experience, telecom experience preferred but not required, Strong phone and computer skills (Microsoft Office), Strong and professional communication skills, Ability to efficiently and effectively answer customer questions and concerns, Motivated and high energy, Strong organizational skills, Great opportunity for recent grad/entry level to learn and grow with the company.
SALES SUPPORT
NBS is currently seeking a Sales Support Representative to provide support to sales team as well as outside dealers. Candidate must be able to communicate and assist outside dealers, as well as company's sales force, while putting together proposals and price quotes of company services. The representative will also maintain a solid relationship with customers, dealers and company's operations team by handling their questions and concerns with accuracy.
