PROVISIONING
NBS is currently seeking a Provisioning Specialist to provision and maintain telecom services to end users, including but not limited to, DS1/DS3 voice and data circuits, ISDN PRI's, DSL circuits, Dedicated and Switched Toll-free and POTS lines. Place orders via multiple systems and coordinate delivery & turn up of new services with carriers and vendors. Trouble shoot and isolate circuit failures, working with vendor/partners to resolve. Provide excellent customer service at all times to both internal and external customers. At least 3 years in a  land-line Telecommunications company required. VoIP experience a plus. No relocation or sponsorships available at this time.

CUSTOMER SERVICE
NBS is currently seeking a Customer Service Rep to answer phones, e-mail and written correspondence regarding billing questions, installation maintenance issues. Coordinate service turn up of Toll free and Pots lines, work with Sales on an ongoing basis. Must possess excellent communication skills, love working in a team environment. Word, and excel computer knowledge. Professional manner, telecom background a must.
